These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bjbaji governing your use of the platform, including all betting, gaming, account management, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet on bjbaji.

You must be 21 years of age or older and a natural person to hold a bjbaji account. One account per person is permitted. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other listed methods. All transactions must originate from accounts in your own verified name.
All bets are subject to bjbaji's official betting rules. Void markets, late bets, system errors, and manifest errors are governed by separate provisions detailed in these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements published at the time of offer. bjbaji reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms.
bjbaji provides deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion tools. Responsible gaming is a platform commitment, not an optional feature.
Disputes are subject to a structured internal resolution process before escalation. bjbaji operates under its international gaming licence jurisdiction for matters not resolved internally.

To register a bjbaji Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. bjbaji reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, address, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) bjbaji Account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether operated concurrently or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bjbaji may, upon detection of duplicate accounts, close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently retain any Bonus Funds credited across those accounts. Real Money Funds from the primary verified account may be returned at bjbaji's discretion following investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bjbaji will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify bjbaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. bjbaji is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
All bjbaji Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player. bjbaji does not guarantee exchange rates where cross-currency transactions occur through third-party payment processors.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bjbaji may apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per calendar month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Real Money balances will not be forfeited solely due to inactivity.
bjbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice beyond Platform publication.
All bets placed on bjbaji are subject to these Terms and the specific betting rules applicable to the sport and market in question. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all relevant rules.
A bet is only confirmed when bjbaji issues a unique bet reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Account balance. Screen captures prior to this confirmation do not constitute evidence of a placed bet. bjbaji reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.
bjbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed failure. Manifest error determinations are made at bjbaji's sole discretion, and affected bets will be voided with the staked amount returned to your Account.
For cricket markets including PSL, all results are determined based on the official competition outcome as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of match suspension, abandonment, or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) application, specific void and settlement rules as published by bjbaji for that market type will apply.
bjbaji applies maximum payout limits per market and per settlement period as published on the Platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the published maximum payout for that market, only the published maximum will be credited. Remaining winnings above the cap are forfeited.
All casino games available on bjbaji Casino — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, table games, and game show formats — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface, in addition to these overarching Terms.
RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bjbaji are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories for mathematical fairness and return-to-player (RTP) accuracy. RTP percentages are disclosed per game as required by bjbaji's licensing obligations.
bjbaji does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any casino game or sportsbook market. Detection of automated play will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings accumulated during automated sessions.
bjbaji offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Real Money Funds are used first in any wagering activity. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn.
bjbaji reserves the right to void, withhold, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of: (a) use of duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion, (b) coordination between multiple accounts, (c) low-risk staking strategies designed solely to convert Bonus Funds without genuine engagement with the Platform, or (d) any other conduct bjbaji reasonably considers to constitute bonus abuse.
bjbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. We believe gaming should be entertainment. When it stops being that, we want to help.
Players may request self-exclusion from bjbaji for a minimum period of 6 months up to a permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, bjbaji will make reasonable efforts to prevent the affected Player from opening a new account.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before activation. bjbaji will not circumvent self-imposed limits under any commercial circumstance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bjbaji and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling bjbaji to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account and void all pending bets and associated winnings:
All content on bjbaji — including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, odds data, graphics, text, game content, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of bjbaji or its licensed providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of bjbaji.
The bjbaji name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of bjbaji's trademarks in connection with any competing service, domain, social media account, or marketing material is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, bjbaji's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bjbaji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
bjbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address and/or a prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using bjbaji and may request closure of your Account and return of your Real Money balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Either party may terminate this agreement and close the bjbaji Account at any time. Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact bjbaji support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money balance will be returned to a verified payment method in your name within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
bjbaji may terminate or suspend an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where:
Upon involuntary termination for cause, bjbaji reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be handled in accordance with bjbaji's regulatory obligations and any applicable investigation findings.
bjbaji operates a structured internal dispute resolution process. All complaints must first be submitted to bjbaji's support team via the registered support email. bjbaji commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under bjbaji's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from bjbaji support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bjbaji's operating licence is held. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for matters not resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between bjbaji and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Waiver. No failure or delay by bjbaji to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single exercise of any right or remedy shall prevent further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for the convenience of Players, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or ambiguity.
